Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information MelReno collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain English, no filler.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of work you're enquiring about, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page on this site your enquiry came from.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site inspection and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is passed to the registered building practitioner who would carry out your work, and to the form-handling service that delivers it to our inbox. Nobody else, unless we are required to by law.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects a de-identified record of your visit. It does not tell us who you are. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting how the site works.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to quote and complete work, and for the period we're required to retain business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we're legally obliged to keep it.

Access, correction and complaints

Email info@melreno.com.au to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you're not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
